Acceptable Use Policy

The purpose of unur.com is to provide an online presence for A. Sinan Unur. Communications are welcome so long as they specifically relate to this purpose.

Users and site visitors are expected at all times to provide unur.com with accurate information.

Unacceptable uses of unur.com include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Harassment of another internet user or users, including but not limited to, transmitting any threatening, libelous or obscene material, or material of any nature which could be deemed to be offensive, and the e-mailing of age-inappropriate communications or content to anyone under the age of 18. All accesses to unur.com are logged. Form submissions are also logged. In the event of any harassment using unur.com's facilities, we will notify the appropriate law enforcement agencies promptly.

• Spamming, including, but not limited to (1) the bulk sending unsolicited messages, or sending unsolicited e-mails which provoke complaints from recipients, (2) sending junk mail, (3) use of distribution lists that include people who have not given specific permission to be included in such distribution process, (4) posting commercial ads to USENET newsgroups that do not permit it, (5) posting articles containing binary encoded data to a non-binary newsgroups, (6) excessive and repeated posting off-topic messages to newsgroups, (7) excessive and repeated cross-posting.

• Using unur.com services or facilities in a manner which violates any city, state, national or international law or regulation, or which fails to comply with accepted internet protocol. User shall not attempt to interfere in any way with unur.com networks or network security, or attempt to use the unur.com services or facilities to gain unauthorized access to any other computer system.
